The workers comp system on the other hand is the worst. The defense (your employer) extends, doesn't complete forms, or do anything until the absolute last second even with a great attorney. The system sucks, really it does. I needed carpal tunnel surgery, it took me a year and a half of going to crappy doctors. The reason why I say this is because from experience , I can tell you that this law office is not the problem. They do what they are supposed to, when they are supposed to. But handling what needs to be completed from the other side is like pulling teeth which can significantly delay your process. From date of my injury claim, until date of settlement was about 4 years. Well worth it; as raj got me lifetime medical, a great settlement and disability rating, referred me to a fantastic hand surgeon, and met up to his word. Overall, I am extremely happy with rp law offices , however the workers comp system is absolutely a nightmare. Good luck!
