I worked for UPS I got injured. They didn’t believe me. They tried to dismiss my case and RP law group fight, long and hard and resolved my case. furthermore, when I got injured UPS beat around the bush and would not give me any medical treatment if they would have given me medical treatment. My injury would have minimized, but they sent me to place called Concentra where they would not even listen to you. They will just say go back to work nothing‘s wrong with you only way you’re going to get some treatment is go to our P log group they will send you to their doctor and you might get some meaningful treatment. I would recommend RPL group 110%

Honestly amazing work and patience by RP Law Group. It was very frustrating and I lost my cool at times but there were so many times I felt like throwing in the towel because of all the obstacles and hoops and even having the insurance company giving me the run around. Raj was very determined and gave me strength to keep going. 2 and a half years of fighting and finally helped me settle the case and I am now relieved and happy with the outcome that Raj has gotten for me. If I ever need Raj in the future, I would not hesitate for one second to contact him again.

My boyfriend referred me to RP Law Group based off his positive experience and Raj and his team took great care of me .Workers comp was hell due to the employer’s doctors and legal team constantly asking questions and trying to minimize my injuries , but RP law group got in front and ensured I got the correct care needed. I was really stressing out over my case when I found the RP Law Group. The next day I had a consultation appointment with their team of professionals. Navigating through the complicated world of workers compensation can be difficult and confusing, but the RP law group’s knowledgeable staff assisted us with ease. Mr. Patel fought for me and my family and was able to settle my case without the need to go to trial. Mr. Patel is a matter of fact man and straight to the point, not wishy washy say one thing - do another. Blue collar hard workers should stand up and take the necessary steps to fight back against the employers insurance companies! Insurance companies do not have your best interest at heart and will do whatever it takes to protect their best interest (their pocketbooks), not the employees. Injured workers must understand that they have the right to better doctors than what workers comp insurance offers you. Raj Patel will remain in my contacts and I would refer him to any of my friends or family if needed.

Workman’s Compensation is not an easy system to maneuver through and it certainly do not have your best interest at heart. I came to this lawyer with a open workers comp case after two shoulder surgery . He tried to combine all my injuries over a 28 year Teamster career into one lawsuit. I was sent to his doctor and over about a year and a half. It finally went to trial and when I was there I was told by his paralegal that the proper lawyer on the other side didn't show up. They didn't call me until the day of the trial. And Raj didn't think it was important enough to do himself. And it was dismissed. So after almost 2 years I end up with nothing meaning what I'd already been paid by the work comp people in the past. I have documented about 20 times where I would call and his paralegal would not call me back. He would tell me that she is too busy and when I asked him to call the insurance company so that I could be seen for my shoulder again he told me that he didn't want to spend an hour on the phone. And I couldn't talk to them because I had a lawyer. Raj is a nice man. But I made it clear that I wanted the maximum money. And he did not do that for me. So now it's all over and I basically have nothing I have the money that was paid to me before I got a lawyer. Which means I shouldn't have gotten a lawyer in the first place. Greg .

I had an accident in the beginning of the year, I was able to allocate raj as an attorney because of family and had an amazing outcome, of course the process was not easy and it really was a trial of sacrifice enduring this and having to work with the attorney and case worker but he really came through on this for me. The workers comp was no help at all, they really were a pain and I developed so many problems that fall under stress and depression, one thing I learned is that they control medical care and Raj has to work extra hard when it comes to this huge issue. My anxiety levels rose and I have gone through so much but at the end of it Raj came through and he really helped me and I am very happy with the outcome. Thank you so much to Raj and his amazing hardworking team for everything they have done for me.
