BIOGRAPHY
Ms. Johnson has been with RP Law Group since 2011, helping injured workers navigate all aspects of the workersโ compensation system. Ms. Johnson is the office manager. She came to RP Law Group after nine years of experience working on behalf of workersโ compensation insurance companies and third-party administrators (various adjusters). Ms. Johnson earned her paralegal certificate at California Southern Law School โ Riverside after obtaining her bachelorโs degree in French at La Sierra University โ Riverside in 1990. She has worked with a principal attorney to facilitate his UCR workersโ compensation class in the past. For Ms. Johnson, it is the fact that she is helping injured workers get the medical treatment and benefits they need that keeps her motivated though she also enjoys the challenge of legal writing.
Ms. Johnsonโs principle role in the office is to resolve communication problems and to help navigate the injured worker through the very complex workersโ compensation system.

I worked for UPS I got injured. They didnโt believe me. They tried to dismiss my case and RP law group fight, long and hard and resolved my case. furthermore, when I got injured UPS beat around the bush and would not give me any medical treatment if they would have given me medical treatment. My injury would have minimized, but they sent me to place called Concentra where they would not even listen to you. They will just say go back to work nothingโs wrong with you only way youโre going to get some treatment is go to our P log group they will send you to their doctor and you might get some meaningful treatment. I would recommend RPL group 110%

Honestly amazing work and patience by RP Law Group. It was very frustrating and I lost my cool at times but there were so many times I felt like throwing in the towel because of all the obstacles and hoops and even having the insurance company giving me the run around. I was really stressing out over my case when I found the RP Law Group. The next day I had a consultation appointment with their team of professionals. I came to this lawyer with a open workers comp case after two shoulder surgery . He tried to combine all my injuries over a 28 year Teamster career into one lawsuit. I was sent to his doctor and over about a year and a half. It finally went to trial and when I was there I was told by his paralegal that the proper lawyer on the other side didn't show up. They didn't call me until the day of the trial. And Raj didn't think it was important enough to do himself. And it was dismissed. So after almost 2 years I end up with nothing meaning what I'd already been paid by the work comp people in the past. I have documented about 20 times where I would call and his paralegal would not call me back. He would tell me that she is too busy and when I asked him to call the insurance company so that I could be seen for my shoulder again he told me that he didn't want to spend an hour on the phone. And I couldn't talk to them because I had a lawyer. Raj is a nice man. But I made it clear that I wanted the maximum money. And he did not do that for me. So now it's all over and I basically have nothing I have the money that was paid to me before I got a lawyer. Which means I shouldn't have gotten a lawyer in the first place. Greg .
I had an accident in the beginning of the year, I was able to allocate raj as an attorney because of family and had an amazing outcome, of course the process was not easy and it really was a trial of sacrifice enduring this and having to work with the attorney and case worker but he really came through on this for me.
